FOR EMPLOYEES

Must start preparing at least 3 months prior the travel date

For a 59-day stay, a single-entry visa is valid for 3 months

Kindly ensure that you do not have a scheduled ​international trip during the application period. ​Passports cannot be pulled out once submitted to the ​embassy.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Accomplished Korean Visa Application Form ​(Printed in A4 size paper)

2. 2 pieces Passport Size ID Picture (with White ​Background)

3. Valid Original Signed Passport

1. Original Certificate of Employment

• Including applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, ​office address, company header, HR landline number ​and e-mail address
  

2. Original Bank Certificate

• indicating the account type, balance, account opening ​date, Average Daily Balance
  

3. Original or certified true copy of Bank Statement for ​the last 3 months

4. Income Tax Return (photocopy) or Form 2316 *

5. Photocopy of PRC Card or IBP Card, if applicable

4. Old Passport with travels within the last 5 years (IF ​applicable)

• Cover Letter is optional but encouraged
